Join us on Saturday, August 4th for a paddle down the North Platte River starting below the Glendo Power Plant and finishing at the Wendover train stop just north of Guernsey Reservoir.  This stretch of the North Platte flows through beautiful Wendover Canyon.

Put in near the Glendo Power Plant and run through Wendover Canyon to the Wendover train stop just north of Guernsey Reservoir.  River is Class I+ with an optional Class II wave train. This is an ACA-sanctioned outing/event which requires EITHER ACA membership OR a $5/person insurance fee.

The North Platte is dam controlled at this point.  Since this is a below normal year, we will need to keep an eye on the flows. .
