The Rocky Mountain Canoe Club is an organization for paddlers in the Colorado area covering all aspects of paddle sports from flat water to white water with an emphasis on the open canoe.
The RMCC e-mail discussion list is hosted by Indra's Net, a local internet provider in the Denver/Boulder area.
This list service is the official discussion list for all members of Rocky Mountain Canoe Club. Please use this mailing list for organizing ad-hoc trips, sharing trip reports and river conditions, asking for advice, announcing special events, and so on. We encourage all RMCC members to sign up for this free service.
As of May 15, 2008, announcements for trips need to include a phrase stating whether ACA insurance coverage will be included on the trip. Any trips that do not include the ACA waivers/insurance will not be considered as RMCC-Sponsored, even though they were intitiated on the RMCC discussion list.
This is an e-mail list, not a bulletin board or website. Here's how it works:
When you subscribe, you will begin to receive e-mails in your mailbox when they are sent by other members. Whenever a message is sent to the mailing list, it will automatically be resent to everyone on the list. You can stop receiving messages at any time by unsubscribing.
We try to keep the list free of "spam" -- unwanted advertizing from outside sources. There is a size limit which requires manual override by the list manager and can cause delays. It is best to provicde links when possible rather than large attachments.
